Summary

This small 17th-century house has original timber beams that show the building was laid out differently inside when it was originally built. The current layout was adopted around 1780 when façade was also replaced. The building was extended and heightened in the 19th century.

Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Red brick, pantile roof. Two storeys. Sashes with glazing bars. Gauged brick arches. Central doorway with side lights and segmental fanlight with glazing bars. Wooden eaves cornice. Chimney stacks off-centre and at north east gable. Casements with segmental heads and leaded lights on east side."
