Summary
First half of the 18th century timber framed building made with unusually thin and crude hedgerow timbers. It has later 19th century brick gables. It may have originally been an agricultural building, perhaps a granary, that was then converted into two cottages in the 19th century.

2004. Survey.
Small house of very late timber framing, probably 18th century. Possibly a granary converted to dwelling, or possibly two small cottages originally.
