Summary

This public house, which was formerly a dwelling, is dated to 1802 on the north gable. It is made from brick and thatch and is laid out in three bays. All the casements are of early 19th century date and set under flat arches. The interior and various extensions are all of 20th century date.

"Public house, formerly dwelling; dated on north gable 1802.
Brick, thatch. Three bays and two storeys. Early 19th century casements in flat arches. Internal gable stacks. Dentilled cornice. Interior and extensions 20th century."
