Summary

Metal detecting in this area during 2003 and 2006 recovered a wide variety of objects. Finds included a Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age flint arrowhead, a Roman furniture fitting, a medieval rowel spur and part of a crucifix along with two post medieval coins.

1 medieval pottery sherd (Glazed Grimston), 1 silver spoon, 1 spur rowel and 1 rotary key,
1 medieval/post-medieval buckle.
2 post-medieval coins, 4 buttons (inc 3 tinned) and 1 furniture escutcheon plate.
