Summary

These two estate cottages date to the 19th century but are probably a remodelling of an 18th century range. They are built from red brick with Flemish bond fronts and English bond gable walls. The pantile roofs have ornate chimneys, and the properties feature open porches.

Pair of estate cottages, mid 19th century but probably remodelling of 18th century range.
Red brick with Flemish bond fronts and English bond gable walls, and rear of Woodyard Cottage. Pantile roofs. Ornate chimneys at centre and gables of Estate Yard Cottage, centre only of Woodyard Cottage. Former has central door, latter with offcentre door. Open porches. Later extensions.
