2002 to 2003. Metal detecting amongst late post medieval and recent metal objects.
Finders' field SC11.
Post medieval half a double-looped buckle frame, both loops probably square, or marginally trapezoidal, rounded lobe at (both) end(s) of bar, triangular outside edge(s), white-metal coated, length (if symmetrical) 40mm, width 28mm.
