November 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century altered, two storey and attic, sliding casement dormers. Brick eaves band. Three flush frame sash windows, at first floor, with cambered heads, and now with centre glazing bars only. Brick, painted. Wide wood shop front with central entrance.
Nos 13 to 19 (odd) [NHERs 46781, 40232, 40231 and 40230] form a group with Nos 11 to 13 (consec) Market Place [NHERs 39686, 39687 and 46781]."
