Summary

This is a 17th and 18th century timber framed farmhouse faced in brick with a pantile roof. The 18th century extension forms an L shaped building. There are two storeys and an attic, and three bays.

Proposed conversion of second floor servant quarters to form accomodation. A new staircase would be inserted, and the roof would be insulated.
