House on west side of street but not exactly in line with houses on each side.
20th century shop front below two 20th century oriels and a window.
Pantiled roof, catslide at rear.
In ground floor of shop is spine beam meeting bridging beam just south of north wall; ogee stops only visible at junction no stud mortices, was there once a north stack?
Rough arch cut through very thick original rear wall, a similar arch now blocked by it in south wall.
Upper floor not seen.
(S1) date of 17th century is correct.
