August 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House converted to shop. Late 18th century, two storeys, brick and pantile. 20th century shop. Three intact first floor sash windows. Bell based roof, internal east chimneystack, partly external west chimneystack on tumbled gable."
