Summary

This range of houses are now in use as shops. They date to the late 17th century and are built from rendered brick with pantile roofs. The gabled roof has a coved cornice, a central chimneystack and a parapet gable to the west.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Range of houses, now two shops. Late C17. Rendered brick with pantiled roof. Probably originally timber framed [but no reason for this stated]. 20th-century shop fronts to ground floor. No. 44 has one late 18th-century sash window to first floor with glazing bars, No. 46 has three mid-19th-century sashes with glazing bars and shutters. Coved cornice in eaves through range. Gabled roof with ridge stack at division of properties. West gable wall with parapet on kneelers."
