Extremely elaborate hall and parlour with stack between and rooms above, dating to the early 16th century, was apparently added to an older building, separately framed, that was taken over as a service cell. Medieval stair reused in main house at attic level. New entrance provided probably in 18th/19th century. Many alterations in mid 20th century including reroofing, and reconstruction of most of older section utilising beams from an adjacent barn (NHER 7008).
