Full Description
March 2003. Metal detecting and fieldwalking.
Worked flints.
Roman coins and cosmetic pestle.

Medieval sherds and buckle fragments.
Concentration of Roman material defined by Global Positioning Satellite readings around edges.
See lists and map (S1) in file.
A. Rogerson (NLA), 11 March 2004.
December 2005.
The quantity of Roman pottery (over one hundred sherds) and the tile fragments suggest that this may be the site of a possible Roman settlement or building.
