Summary

This outbuilding dates to 1840 and was connected with the house to the south (NHER 39350). There are three rooms, one with a copper and oven. The main room was a gig house and the third was a stable. There was a hayloft above these ground floor rooms.

Outbuilding to rear of 21 Bure Way.
Outbuilding, probably contemporary with house to south (NHER 39350), ie around 1840. Three rooms, one with copper and oven, main room was a gig house, the third was a stable (recent toilet now inserted). Hayloft overall. Counted as listed because of its relationship with house. Application to demolish 2001, believed to have been refused.
