July 1973. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"2 houses. 18th century. Timber framed with rendered wattle and daub infill. Pantiled roofs, those to front of Hill House black glazed. One storey and dormer attic. Central door flanked by one casement right and left, all late 20th century. Gabled roof. 2 sloping dormers with casements."
