February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Almshouses dating to 1861, now a private house. Brick with gabled slate roof. One storey with shaped gable ends. Single storey 20th century flat topped extension to façade. Double diamond flues to central ridge stack."
