Summary

This two storey gault brick house was built around 1830 and has a gabled slate roof. It stands on the site of a range that was previously part of a large courtyard house called Broadgates.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. c.1830. Gault brick with gabled slate roof. 2 storeys in 3 bays. Central door under flat hood. 2 sash windows to ground floor and 3 to first with glazing bars under gauged skewback arches. Internal gable stacks.
