Summary

This barn has a brick south gable of 17th century date that was either added to an existing timber frame, or is contemporary with it. The frame was then replaced in brick around 1700 and the roof was remade in the late 18th century.

Full Description

Barn. Brick south gable 17th century (said to be 1625) this seems to have been either added to an existing timber frame, or contemporary with it, the frame then replaced in brick around 1700 and the roof remade in the late 18th century.
