Full Description
August 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of undated and possibly medieval to post medieval ditches, enclosure and field boundaries are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are centred around TG 3706 3106 in two groups. The northern group, located around TG 3708 3118, contains ditches on two alignments. Two possible incomplete rectilinear enclosures or fields are present at TG 3703 3109. Three parallel west to east aligned ditches may represent a post medieval field boundary. Two parallel ditches laigned southwest to northeast are located immediately to the south. The second group of cropmarks are located around TG 3710 3096. These cropmarks comprise southwest to northeast and northwest to southeast aligned field boundaries of unknown date.
