Map

September 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of a double, or possibly triple, ring ditch of probable Bronze Age date are visible on aerial photographs ((S1) to (S3)). These cropmarks are located at TG 3865 3014 and were previously recorded as part of NHER 15916. A sub-circular inner ring ditch has a diameter of 15m. Surrounding this is a second ditch which is two thirds complete and has a 26m diameter. Part of a possible outer ditch is also visible on some aerial photographs (S1). The eastern side of the ring ditch is crossed by a modern farm track. It is probable that these cropmarks are of Bronze Age date and they may relate to an elaborate round barrow.
