Summary

An unexplained hole appeared in a forest track. Archaeological investigation suggests this hole was caused animal disturbance but it may be an undated flint mine.

A void has appeared in a woodland ride. Investigation found no evidence for an extraction pit or flint mine, although the circumstantial evidence indicates that possibility.
