Summary

This 'L'-shaped two storey house was constructed around 1760 and converted into offices in 1989. It is made from red brick, with a slate roof and a façade of three bays. The roof has a modillion cornice and was rasied in about 1900. The garden front has six bays and features French doors on the ground floor. The interior has a very fine, ornate staircase continuing as a first floor balcony and a king post roof dated to around 1900.

House of around 1760 converted to offices in 1989.
L-shape, red brick with a slate roof, façade of three bays and two storeys. Door case to left has lost its pediment. Flush framed sash windows. Modillion cornice. Roof raised around 1900. Garden front of six bays, ground floor each with French doors, first floor early 19th century sashes; parapet. This wing has a hipped roof. Interior has very fine and ornate staircase continuing as a first floor balcony and a king post roof dated to around 1900. The rooms were partitioned as offices in the 20th century.
