Map

October 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of an undated rectilinear enclosure are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are centred on TG 31993075. The enclosure measures 33m west - east by 24m north - south with a continuous ditch along its south and west sides. The north and east sides are formed by an intermittent ditch which is slightly offset to the northeast. Two possible entrances are present in the eastern end of the enclosure. A wider break in the ditch on the north side may be a result of the way that the cropmark has formed rather than a real entrance. The date of this enclosure is uncertain, but it could be of prehistoric, Roman or later origin.
