Map

October 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of an incomplete undated rectilinear enclosure containing a pit are visible on aerial photographs (S1). The cropmarks are centred on TG 33663068. Two sides of a rectilinear enclosure measuring at least 30m by 35m are visible to the south of Primrose Farm. The enclosure appears to be cut diagonally by the line of the modern road but can not be seen to continue to the west. A sub-circular pit with a 3m diameter is located within the enclosure. The relationship to the road suggests an early, possibly Iron Age to Roman, date for this enclosure.
