Summary

Number 68 is an early 19th century house of yellow brick with a pantile roof and one brick ridge chimney. This two storey building has a panelled door approached by three steps.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Number 68 Bracondale.
House, early 19th century. Yellow brick, pantile roof, one brick ridge chimney. Two storeys, three first floor windows symmetrical. Three steps up to six panelled door (two glazed) in plain reveals and fluted doorcase with corner roundels and a small hood."

The forecourt wall, gate and railings to No 68 were separately listed Grade II in 1986. These are now recorded as NHER 66869.
