Summary

Number 72 is a late 18th century house, now split into two properties. This red brick building has a rendered plinth, and a hipped pantile roof with two rear brick chimneys. There is a later two storey hipped and gable fronted extension to the right, which has one ground and one first floor window and a side chimney.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now two properties. Late 18th century. Red brick with rendered plinth, hipped pantile roof, two rear brick chimneys. Two storeys and basement. Five first floor windows. Many steps up to six-panelled door and fanlight with radial glazing bars in panelled reveals with open pediment on small consoles. Windows have large-paned sashes with horns under flat gauged brick arches. Box cornice. Later two storey hipped gable fronted extension to right has one ground and one first floor window, and a side chimney."
