Summary

This farm complex consists of a farmhouse, barn and smokehouse. The house is early 19th century and built from brick with black pantile roofing. It has a semicircular doorcase and sash windows, all under skewback arches. The smokehouse abuts the house to the left but no further details are known. The barn is made from brick with a pantile roof. It has a central wagon entrance along with smaller doors to each side.

Farm complex.
House is early 19th century, brick, black pantiles, two storeys. Central square porch with rusticated pilasters and punched balustrade. Semicircular doorcase. Sash windows, all skewbacks. Hipped roof. Single storey canted bay windows to west. Moulded architrave with rusticated pilasters and vermiculated quoins. Late 18th century rear cross wing, two bays two storeys, gabled roof. Listed grade II.
Smoke house; abuts house to left. Listed as curtilage of house but no details given.
Barn; brick with pantile roof, central wagon entrance, smaller doors to each side; chimney with staggered risers. Roof of tiebeams and collars with butt purlins. Grade II.
