November 1976. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"17th or early 18th-century timber-framed building entirely encased in 19th-century red brick with stuccoed gable facing street with shaped bargeboards with finial. Two storeys. First floor one four-light wood mullion window with dripmould, ground floor two modern windows."
