Map

December 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of three undated parallel ditches and a possible incomplete enclosure are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are centred on TG 3028 3334. Two ditches extend for up to 38m on a parallel southwest to northeast course away from Hall Lane at TG 3016 3329. These ditches are spaced 10m apart although the most easterly ditch kinks outwards slightly widening the distance to nearly 11m. A third roughly parallel ditch is present 260m further to the northeast. It extends for 84m between TG 3042 3335 to TG 3039 3343. Located between these ditches, at TG 3034 3336, is an L-shaped ditch cropmark on a similar alignment, which may be part of an incomplete enclosure. It is possible that these cropmarks may represent field boundaries although their date is unknown.
