Summary

Metal-detecting between 2004 and 2015 recovered late prehistoric worked flints including a Neolithic flint scraper or knife; medieval and post-medieval coins plus a post-medieval token and Early Saxon, Late Saxon, medieval, medieval/post-medieval, post-medieval and undatable metal objects. The metal finds include a Late Saxon Winchester style strap-end; medieval bcukles, an annular buckle pin, coin weight and belt fitting; a medieval/post-medieval vessel repair; post-medieval crotal bells and an undated lead weight.
