2002. Observation.
This former farmhouse is now a guesthouse.
(S1) reported that he had stayed there and noted 'an interesting timber frame'. The owners had enquired who could date it for them.

2004. Casual Observation.
The exterior, seen from a distance, is that of a small brick house of the late 18th/early 19th century, having an attachment with large chimney.
