Summary
This is a 17th century timber framed house with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and four bays on the first floor. There are only three bays on the ground floor with a plain doorway. It is unclear if the building used to be a forge.

17th century timber framed house with pantile roof. Two storeys, four bays to first floor, three to ground with plain doorway; windows mostly recent. Details from (S1) which does not state whether this was really a forge or not.
