Mid 19th century farmstead.
House: Red brick, slate, 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central gabled porch with terracotta plaque with coat of arms and four centred opening. Hoodmoulds over triple casements; small light over porch. Parapet gables, gable stacks with diagonal shafts. Dogtooth eaves. Pentise to north with arched windows.
Barn and cart lodge; brick and pantile. Three stead barn with central cart doors flanked by pilasters. Ventilation slits. Dentilled eaves. Tumbled parapet gables. Cart lodge at N end; first floor on timber posts; two single storey wings frame a yard.
