Summary

This two-storey building dates to the 18th century and has painted brick walls, sash windows and a steep pantile roof. In July 2005 an 18th-century cellar was discovered. Nos 3 and 5 High Street immediately to the north are of a similar age (these buildings are now recorded separately as NHERs 66006 and 66007 respectively).

Listing Description excerpt:
"18th-century, two storey, brick, painted. Steep roof, renewed pantiles. Seven sash windows, at 1st floor, with glazing bars. Plain string course. Six-panel door now with flat concrete hood. Three modern shop windows at ground floor.
Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group [NHERs 41177, 66006 and 66007]."
