Early 18th century house of red brick and pantiles, later subdivided into three terraced cottages. Two storeys and attic. Left hand house has one window and one door with porch on consoles, and dormer; axial stack. Centre house similar but former is to rear, no stack. Right hand house projects forward with catslide roof, one bay. End stack to right on parapet gable. Rustic butt purlin roof with reused and rough pine principals.
