E. Rose (NLA), 28 February 2005.

The matter is further complicated by the fact that the post office has been listed twice; once under Church Hill and once under Market Place. It appears the above description includes the section of the post office at the end of the north to south block; the section listed as in Market Place is the projection to the west which is described as late 18th century red brick, seven bays on two storeys; 20th century shop, sash windows at first floor: string course below parapet, hipped roof.
E. Rose (NLA), 22 March 2005.
