Summary
A World War Two pillbox, probably a Type 24, is visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs. It is first visible on photographs taken in May 1944; it may have been present, camouflaged as an outbuilding, on earlier photographs. It is clearly visible on photographs taken in the early 1950s but appears to have been demolished since that date.

Full Description
March 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A World War Two pillbox, probably a Type 24, is visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs (S1-3), centred at TG 5130 1565. It was sited within a garden and may have been disguised as an outbuilding for much of the war. More recent aerial photographs (e.g. S4) indicate that it was demolished sometime after 1953 (S3).
