Full Description
May-November 2004. Norfolk Rapid Coastal Zone Archaeological Survey.
Inter-tidal survey (Environmental Zone 10), Context 987:
Three Second World War concrete anti tank blocks and two large circular concrete blocks were found just to the north of the modern sea defence bank on the southern edge of the saltmarsh.

It has been suggested by a member of the public [1] that the concrete blocks are not anti-tank blocks and are instead linked to Cold War activity by the RAF.
Three square blocks approximately 1m squared and 250mm deep have three threaded sockets in the top. Three circular blocks with a diameter of approximately 1.2m and 250mm deep with a duct, possibly for cables, in the centre.
