Summary

Two upright metal posts, possibly set in concrete, are just offshore at Cley next the Sea. They may have been World War Two defences, part of a wreck or markers on an outfall pipe.

Inter-tidal survey (Environmental Zone 12), Context 58:
Two upright metal posts, possibly set in concrete, were seen offshore. They were possibly part of the military coastal defences at Cley or part of a wreck. It is noted in (S1) that a wreck is illustrated reasonably close by on a map dated 1998 (S2).
