Map

March 2003. Norfolk NMP.
An earthwork bank of unknown date can be seen on RAF aerial photographs from 1946 (S1) and 1945 (S2). It is centred on TG0482 4493, running for about 200m, between NGR TG0472 4492 and TG0492 4494. It is presumably connected to land reclamation and sea defence in the area and could therefore be of post medieval date, but this is not certain.
H. Clare (NMP), 20 March 2003.
