Dates to about 1840. Red brick, smut pantiled hipped roof, later remodelling and east extension. West façade three bays, south has two plus two bays. Central porch with rusticated quoins and hipped roof; small window each side. East wall of two bays, French casements at ground floor. Semi-circular staircase window to north.
(S1) notes as 'former rectory'; note the parish has a separate Old Rectory as well.
