Summary

A 19th century one and a half storey red brick building with a black pantile roof and a 20th century west extension. It was formerly the lodge to the now demolished Ollands House.

Listing Description:
Former lodge to Ollands House, demolished. 19th century red brick, black pantiles. One and a half storeys plus pentise, and 20th century west extension. Stepped gables north and south, paired to west. Gothic tracery of gauged brick. Stack with four brick octagonal shafts; internal stack to east. Attached boundary wall on west has arched doorway and timber door imitating Y-tracery.

Ollands House, which unusually joined on to the east side of the lodge, is shown on (S2) but no details are known.
