Summary

This post medieval house may originally have been built as a single cell building with a gable chimneystack in the 17th century. It was extended, possibly around 1700, and then raised in height around 1800. Sadly, in 2005 it was demolished.

May 2005. The Nest, Coast road (formerly Homer Cottage).
House, possibly originating as a 17th century single cell building with gable chimneystack. Later extended to north (around 1700?), then the whole raised in height around 1800. However, few details are visible.
