Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. 17th century, remodelled in 18th century. Rendered timber frame. Glazed black pantile roof. 3 cell plan, with range to rear. Facade of 3 bays, 2 storeys. Rendered plinth. 16 pane sash windows. Central door of 6 panels with peacock's tail fanlight; doorcase with pilasters, the capitals with dentils; open pediment."

(S2) in file generally agrees with this analysis but specifies the first stage as early 17th century.
However photographs show timber framed wall with V bracing and slight jowled posts, suggestive of a date around 1700.
