Summary
A static emergency water supply tank, dating to World War Two, is visible as an extant structure on wartime aerial photographs. It is one of several such tanks positioned around the town for use by fire fighters after bombing raids. It is first visible on photographs taken in March 1944, and had been removed by August 1945.

Full Description
July 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A World War Two static emergency water supply tank is visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs (S1) and (S2), centred at TG 5254 0815. It consists of an above ground circular tank, one of several erected at various locations around the town. The tank was removed by August 1945 (S3).
