Map

August 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A hut or temporary building dating to World War Two is visible on aerial photographs (S1 to S2), centred at approximately TG 5290 0694. The single storey rectangular structure was presumably associated with the civil defence of Great Yarmouth, and may have acted as an air raid shelter, temporary accommodation, or food station, for example. It was removed before June 1946 (S3).
