Summary
A former miller's house, dating to about 1830, of brick and flint with a black pantiled roof. The house is two storeys high with a three window bay façade. The central moulded doorway sits under a geometric fanlight.

February 1986. Listed, Grade II.
Miller’s house of about 1830. Brick and black pantiles. Two storeys three bays. Central door below geometric fanlight and with moulded doorcase; flat arched sash windows. Platband. Hipped eaves, end stacks.
