Summary

The farmhouse dates to the early 19th century and has a clay lump service wing. The timber framed barn may date back to the early 17th century, and the rest of the farm complex dates to the 19th century.

Listing Description:
Farmhouse. Early 19th century. Brick with traces of limewash to main block and rendered clay lump service wing. Black pantile roofs. L plan formed by lower service wing. Two storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay facade of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Front doorway of two orders with 3-centred arch and traceried fanlight. Raised and fielded panelled door. Wide eaves with shaped and paired brackets and a hipped roof. Service wing with some surviving early casement windows.

Farm buildings surround the house. (S2) suggests that the barn, though not listed, is early 17th century or early 18th; it is timber framed with wattle and daub infill, and later clay lump additions. Other 19th century buildings.
