Summary

A 17th century timber framed and thatched farmhouse built on a lobby entrance plan. The farmhouse is set within a mid 19th century farm complex including an unusual barn with a York stone threshing floor.

Listing Description:
Farmhouse. 17th century and later. Rendered timber frame with thatched roof. Lobby entrance type farmhouse. One and a half storeys. Facade with 18th century or early 19th century fenestration. 2 to ground floor of 3 and 4 lights with metal casements and 2 3-light dormers with metal casements. Off-centre boarded door. Off- centre axial stack. Later extensions to side and rear.
