Summary

This 18th century flint and brick two storey building may have been built around an older house. Plans drawn of the house indicate that it has a two cell plan.

February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
18th century, possibly with earlier core. Flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof with coped gable ends; two storeys. First floor two modern casements, ground floor three small 20th century sashes in segmental headed openings, and modern glazed door. Roughcast rendering at rear.
Information from (S1).

(S2) shows traces of large ground floor openings in brick now blocked and indicates two cell plan, the south room on each floor having crossed ceiling beams.
